Renowned Northstar Power
Cadillac's Northstar V8 has earned a reputation as one of the finest luxury car engines in the world. In DTS, it generates 275 hp and 295 lb.-ft. of torque - more than enough for excellent performance whenever you call for it. If you wish, a high-output 292 hp version of the Northstar V8 is also available.
Surefooted Handling
Front-wheel drive, a sophisticated 4-wheel independent suspension and standard Magnasteer variable-assist steering all contribute to DTS's confidence-inspiring handling. For an extra measure of control in slippery conditions, a StabiliTrak™ electronic stability control system is also available.
High-Tech Peace Of Mind
DTS's available Lane Departure Warning and Side Blind Zone Alert systems help take the uncertainty out of highway driving. They use advanced sensors to inform you when you may have strayed out of your chosen lane and when there is another vehicle travelling in your “blind spot.”
Taking Luxury To A Higher Level
In the cabin, DTS offers a choice of 3 different grades of leather. Supple Nuance leather seating surfaces are standard equipment. If you prefer, you can upgrade to seats finished all around in rich-feeling Tuscany leather. For the ultimate riding experience, glove-soft Teháma leather is also available.

Cadillac No-Charge Scheduled Maintenance program pays for all regularly scheduled maintenance (excludes brakes and rotors).
The Cadillac Base Warranty covers all parts and labour costs that may be incurred to correct defects in materials or workmanship for 4 years/80,000 km*.

Alternate Transportation provides you with shuttle transportation for daily service and an alternate car (or reimbursement for rental or other transportation expenses) for overnight service, whenever your Cadillac requires scheduled maintenance or repairs covered under the Base Warranty Coverage Period. While en route and over 250 kilometres from original point of departure, you may qualify for Trip Interruption Protection. General Motors of Canada may reimburse you for reasonable hotel, meal and alternative transportation expenses incurred should your trip be interrupted by a warranty repair covered under the Base Warranty period.
